Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed daily and are shipped Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding Public Holidays) by either Registered Post or Express Post so as a tracking number will be available on all purchases.
These postage methods cost a little extra, but are fully trackable so as should any problems arise, your order will be able to be traced through Australia Post’s tracking system.

Shipping costs are based on your location and the weight of your purchase and are emailed to you after we have received your order.
The reason for this is so a more accurate shipping cost can be determined if for example, multiple items are purchased- a discount postage rate may apply or in the case of heavier items such as shoes, exact shipping can be determined as prices can vary significantly between postal zones based on the state the item is being shipped to and whether the item weighs over 1kg and will need to be cubed by Australia Post.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of receiving your mailing confirmation email for your purchase to reach you.

Aftertaste Clothing is not responsible for mail transit time.

Once a purchase has been mailed, the transit and delivery becomes the responsibility of Australia Post, so please be patient, we know you're excited about your order arriving, but remember, we cannot make the mail move any faster to reach you any quicker and Express Post is not always next day delivery, it depends on your area and whether you are covered by the Next Day Delivery Network.
